Resumo: <\/strong>Os desafios que atualmente se colocam aos educadores\/as convocam-nos a desempenhar um exerc\u00edcio profissional docente que reclamam uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o global que envolva: uma vertente cient\u00edfica, de atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o ao n\u00edvel das \u00e1reas de saber, uma vertente pedag\u00f3gica, de aperfei\u00e7oamento de compet\u00eancias no dom\u00ednio das did\u00e1ticas inerentes aos diversos processos e metodologias de desenvolvimento\/ensino\/aprendizagem\/avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, uma vertente de forma\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal, de desenvolvimento e altera\u00e7\u00e3o de atitudes e cogni\u00e7\u00f5es, nomeadamente no que diz respeito aos aspetos relacionais e emocionais da intera\u00e7\u00e3o educativa e, por fim, uma vertente investigativa e de inova\u00e7\u00e3o, tomando como campo privilegiado de an\u00e1lise as situa\u00e7\u00f5es pedag\u00f3gicas vivenciadas pelos docentes. Em particular, este ano de 2023 \u2013 no II Congresso Internacional do OFEI \u2013 os\/as educadores\/as s\u00e3o convidados a refletir, a escrever e a divulgar teorias e pr\u00e1ticas educativas associadas \u00e0 Cultura e Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Paz, \u00e0 Sustentabilidade (associada a fatores econ\u00f3micos, sociais e ambientais) e \u00e0 Inclus\u00e3o em Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Inf\u00e2ncia.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstract: <\/strong>Currently educators face challenges to carry out a professional teaching role that requires comprehensive training involving: a scientific perspective, updating in terms of areas of knowledge, a pedagogical concern, improving skills in the field of didactics inherent to the various development\/teaching\/learning\/evaluation processes and methodologies, personal training, developing and changing attitudes and cognitions, particularly with regard to the relational and emotional aspects of educational interaction and, finally, an investigative and innovation view, taking the pedagogical situations experienced by teachers as the privileged field of analysis.
